Our approach and efforts to corporate responsibility continue to expand as we grow and the world changes around us.
Our Committee
In 2022, we established an environmental, social and governance (ESG) committee to provide oversight and to ensure that we develop the right programs and policies across our organization. This Committee, which is chaired by CEO Matt Kapusta and comprises both executives and staff across our organization, is key to advancing our corporate responsibility strategy.
The Committee is currently focused on the following priorities:
